Spiritual formation is the life-long process of personal and communal transformation instilled by the church’s desire to become more like Jesus Christ and further aligned with God’s kingdom purposes in the world.

It involves intentional activities marked by prayer, Bible study, theological meditation, worship, confession, and other disciplines.

Spiritual formation derives its name from Galatians 4:19, where the Apostle Paul writes about working until “Christ is formed in you”.

At Reba Place, we believe spiritual formation is important for everyone, whether children, high schoolers, or adults.
