Next Sun, Oct 1 we will be gathering all of the school supplies that have been collected in the month of September and form a human assembly line to pack them into school bags which have been lovingly sewn by members of RPC (thanks to Debbie Cook, Nancy Schmidt, and Carolyn Wilke!) In lieu of our traditional First-Sunday-of-the-Month Potluck, plan to stay after the service for some supply packing, fellowship, and fun. There will be NO potluck lunch, but cookies and coffee/tea will be provided for all. Hope you can join the fun! Completed kits will be sent to Mennonite Central Committee, which will ship them around the world for school children to use.
