Interfaith Action of Evanston invites you to join for the 6th annual Walk for Warmth in the fight against homelessness and hunger in our community. The walk is scheduled for MLK Day of Service, Mon, Jan 20. Let’s carry on Dr. King’s legacy and continue his fight for economic, social, and racial justice. The walk will start at First United Methodist Church (516 Church St, Evanston) at 11 am and continue along a route past eight of the faith communities that host the winter overnight shelters. See the flyer here. You can register as a part of RPC's group and help carry the Reba Place Church sign. If you're not able to attend but would like to make a donation to the cause, you may do so through the website as well. ~Mary Pat Martin, RPC’s Interfaith Action Liaison
